In 1991-95, IA became brutal, the costs of violence were manifold for the ordinary people. Now also, slowly the violence will be upgraded. The costs will be exacting. That is how you kill an insurgent movement.

Does not matter to Indian perspective. India has the means, the resources and the will, to carry on for centuries this way. The only one who continues to suffer is Kashmiri.

If thats what Indian govt wants then i pray from the depth of my heart that It be destroyed, the ones who seek to subjugate the population and deny them basic rights. Unfortunately or fortunately, that won't come to pass - the destruction. The issue remains: with US under Trump broadening the approach, and Pakistan's moves to get Taliban on board in Afghanistan (and getting China and Russia in on it too), I see more trouble for Pakistan coming in.

Recall that ISIS in Afghanistan has been hit, in territory adjacent to Pakistani territory. It is not long stretch of imagination where this thing is heading.

You shall have to agree that the US would rather see a destabilised Afghanistan spreading instability to Pakistan and Iran rather than allowing the Talibanis to claim a victory.

At the end of the day, if you read the US moves, it is to create an instability in the near proximity of countries it views as long term threats: Russia, Iran and China (North Korea 'crisis').

That Pakistan is destabilised, be damned. It plays into their narrative - they do blame you for deaths of many US service personnel in Afghanistan. Homeland has further ensured the opinion is well entrenched.

The pre-eminence of US continues in both military and technological field for now. Only a fool will sit by idly taking it as a perpetual occurrence.

Nah ah no point in talking to hyper pigs as I call them. Virtual world is good place to remain anonymous and spread the word of civilization. You honestly think I would have had a chance against those Mardan uni students when they were beating up poor soul. No need to face them unless the justice system is free and impartial and strong. This wretched regions needs time to reach that point
