there was a time when i used to have a CS 1.6 team which later broke .. as me and other two members move to Dota 1 .. and other two moved to other cities , now its just me GTA 5 , fallout 4 , and State of decay 2 ( disappointed on this game )

Fallout New Vegas fans spent 7 years creating a massive ‘New California’ mod

A team of super fans today released a huge mod for Obsidian Entertainment’s Fallout New Vegas into open beta. Dubbed “New California,” the free add-on works with PC versions of the game, and it’s available for download now.
Don’t feel bad if you weren’t aware of New California. This fan-made project was created by Brandan Lee, Rick Hukkanen, and other members of the modding community. It’s not an official product published by Bethesda. But that doesn’t mean it’s not incredibly impressive and worth playing.

The game was developed over a period of seven years as a learning experience for creators Lee and Hukkanen. According to a FAQ on the mod’s page at ModDB:
XII. Why did you make this game-sized mod?
We wanted to learn how to make our own games. What better way is there than to make a game-sized mod first?
The Fallout series is known for its huge, sprawling maps. In a way, the location of each game acts as a main character. With New Vegas, the titular city looms ever-present as you navigate a narrative that’s intrinsically thematic. New California, from what we’ve seen, also manages to provide a unique backdrop for post-apocalyptic adventure.
In sheer scope, its map is about 2/3 the size of New Vegas. There are some 17,000 lines of dialogue in the game, recorded by more than 60 voice actors. This isn’t a basement-project that simply adds a few new quests.
It actually adds nearly 50 new quests as part of a completely new single-player campaign that casts you as a survivor from Vault 18. There are other changes, including a more statistics-based dialogue system and an increased emphasis on player choice. Long-time fans of the series will be happy to know that New California also features two fully-voiced radio stations with a wide array of Fallout-appropriate music.
On initial observation New California looks amazing. But we’ll hold off on declaring it a worthy follow up to Obsidian Entertainment’s effort until we’ve had more time to go hands on.
However, since it’s free, it’s definitely worth a try. You will need a copy of Fallout New Vegas, you can get it on Steam for $9.99. Once you have the game, you can then navigate here for information on downloading and installing the New California add-on.

It doesn’t sound like Rockstar has actually started work on the new GTA, as Dan Houser implies it won’t be released while Trump is in office.

‘It’s really unclear what we would even do with it, let alone how upset people would get with whatever we did,’ said Houser in an interview with GQ magazine.
‘Both intense liberal progression and intense conservatism are both very militant, and very angry. It is scary but it’s also strange, and yet both of them seem occasionally to veer towards the absurd. It’s hard to satirise for those reasons. Some of the stuff you see is straightforwardly beyond satire. It would be out of date within two minutes, everything is changing so fast.’
GTA V was first released in 2013, during the first year of Barack Obama’s second term as president. Over the years many have pointed out that the satire of GTA V has become the reality of the modern day and Houser’s comments are similar to those made by many comedians.
What’s also interesting about the comments is what they imply about a new GTA. It’s the first time Rockstar has ever really commented on the possibility of a new game and if Houser is taken literally it implies they haven’t started work on anything beyond perhaps the underlying technology.
The fact is that GTA V is still selling extremely well and is rarely ever out of the top 10 even at this time of the year, so especially with Red Dead Redemption II out this week there’s no rush for a new one from a monetary perspective.

There’s also the possibility that there won’t be a GTA VI in the traditional sense, but instead a sequel to GTA Online – which is what the current game owes its longevity to – that doesn’t rely on storytelling for its appeal.
Of course, there’s also the possibility that Houser is just being coy and that work has begun in secret. But if he really doesn’t want to release GTA VI until after Trump is out of office that means there won’t be a new GTA until early 2021. If he wins a second term, then not until 2025.
Although of course that’s assuming he doesn’t get impeached before then…
