The Kerala High Court on Friday granted bail to activist Rehana Fathima, who has been arrested for allegedly hurting religious sentiments through her Facebook posts.

The court, while granting bail, asked her not to make any comments or posts which would hurt the religious feeling of the people. The other condition of the bail is that she shall not enter the limits of Pampa police station.

Her bail plea was earlier dismissed by the Chief Judicial Magistrate Court, Pathanamthitta. According to her, she had been in judicial custody since her arrest on November 27.

The police have booked her for the offences under sections 295 A (deliberate and malicious acts, intended to outrage religious feelings or any class by insulting its religion or religious beliefs) and 505 (inciting any class or community of persons to commit any offence against any other class or community) of IPC.

What kind of shabby reporting is this? The article is crudely written and does not provide any details for anyone to make an educated opinion.

She is an communist who regularly post some weird posts on religions..she is the lady who tried to enter the sabrimala temple where women of certain age are banned from entering..this particular case is about some objectionable post of her towards hindus I think.
