There were many conversion to Islam during the Muslim rule South Asia, during the oppressive Sikh rule many converted to Sikhism and now in India many Sikhs are converting to Hinduism. In Western Christian countries many Hindus, Sikhs, Buddhists and even many Muslims have converted to Christianity.

Discussion is not about who is good or bad Muslim

Discussion is about Islamic procedure of conversion which should not be for any material benefit in this world

If someone is interested in Islam then he/she should study Islam thoroughly and if convince with message of Islam from deep heart (without any fear or compulsion) then he/she go for converting into Islam

even if you love some non Muslim you should not ask them to convert into Islam so that you can marry with them. Ask them to study Islam and then make up their mind instead of just converting for love of man or woman

A lot of the time, the families/friends of such individuals can't cope with their loved ones leaving their religion for another, so they invent mythical stories of them being forced just so they can cope with it.

ISLAMABAD: Husbands of Reena and Raveena – Hindu sisters from Ghotki who made headlines for converting to Islam – failed to mention their first marriages in their nikahnamas, according to a Sindh government report submitted in the Islamabad High Court (IHC).

The six-page report, a copy of which is available to The Express Tribune, also revealed that first wives of Barkat Ali and Safdar Ali, in their official statements, expressed ‘serious concern’ over second marriages of their husbands without their consent, which is a legal requirement as per the law.

Concealing first marriages in nikahnama is a violation of Section 6 of Muslim Family Laws Ordinance 1961.

It may be in case of men, but in case of women, they can't face the wrath of RAW by converting to Islam.
When they marry they come under protection of another man, who is not Hindu, so the matter become out of house and bit difficult to India agencies to handle.
Ever time it has been same story, why can't Pakistan have a hotline for those who want to convert? In reality Pakistan govt. behave opposite. Instead of giving protection to girls, police was ordered by PM to registered FIR against their loving husbands!
