Turkey, Georgia, Azerbaijan as well as Pakistan will play a role in the overflights. For Pakistan, possible Indian equipment or personnel move into the region in US aircraft would be a concern if it happens.
To this end, it is not unlikely Pakistan will put (or has been doing so for decades) electronic surveillance equipment along the air corridor it is providing the US.
