MRCA may award order to Boeing for F 18 but still we have to wait for it.
Stings of condition will not work in India even Israel knows this become Evey military manufacture is willing to transfer there air craft technologies to India to manufacture here.
So putting string of condition will only work against them.

any way 5th generation air craft will be manufactured with Russians and agreemnet is reached on this.

For a country like India which has multiple supply for its military it is hard to keep conditions on it.
