I know you have nothing to talk about in reply. Eritrea didnt help LTTE, Eritrea needs help from the rest of the world before helping LTTE. Eritrea sold its license to buy weapons to LTTE to help themselves. In otherwords LTTE had access to weapons like any government in the world via Eritrea.
They had access to chinese weapons via Eritrea.
