US wants Pakistan to keep Afghan border open for DPs

.
I DEMAND that america keeps it's borders open for afghan refugees. They created the mess in afghanistan in the first place, let them deal with it.
Nonsense and hypocrisy by the Americans. Americans have dumped hundreds of south American refugees into refugee camps along the border with Mexico. Many are young children who have been sexually abused and raped by immigration officials.
America take the Afghans to America as there are plenty of camps for them to stay in.
I will say again seal the border, we cannot afford 20 more years of instability.
Agree wholeheartedly! Border with Afghanistan and Iran needs to be sealed with only legitimate entry points.

.
The country that invaded Afghanistan is responsible to the refugees. Even taking into account the wishes of Afghan refugees, other countries should open up entry points. In this way, refugees can easily go where they want to go.

. .
LPC bc
Make a refugees camp inside Afghanistan, paid for by US, UN, UK or whoever was in Afghanistan.
They bring in drugs, they bring in crime, they are terrorists and some I believe are good people

.
If afghans have an iota of shame, they should not come to Pakistan. All the borders should be sealed and not a single refugee should be allowed. Infact make plams to send the parasites already living here, back.

.
I hope the military did a good job building and fortifying that border fence...or else we are proper faked!
I guess Trump's idea of building a wall does fit in well with our situation.
We should create a full project plan showing where refugee camps should be in Afghanistan and how to build and manage them. Then send the costing analysis to America to implement since they are so supportive of Afghan refugees.

.
We should consult Turkey as to how they created a buffer zone within Syria and allowed Refugees to live there. Pakistan should reach out to tribal leaders on the Afghan side of the border and see if they are willing to host these IDPs, so that Pakistan can refer international aid organizations to coordinate with that or those tribal chief(s) in setting up a well organized camp. The more likely the camp is inside Afghanistan, the more likely people will go back home once the fighting has stopped.

There is a reason Pakistan has spent so much to build a fence along the border.

Who knows, we may, one day, once we are 110% sure that Afghan soil is cleared of CIA/RAW/MOSSAD filth. This filth will not be allowed to spread terrorism inside Pakistan in guise of "refugees". The last bomb blast in Lahore was done by such "refugee".

In the meantime, America is free to airlift all these people to its mainland after creating the mess which is Afghanistan.

WASHINGTON: The United States wants Pakistan to keep its borders with Afghanistan open for Afghan refugees, a demand that could strain already tense relations between the two countries.
“So, in a place like Pakistan, it’ll be important that their borders remain open,” said a senior State Department official while briefing journalists on the new US refugee admission programme for Afghan nationals.
“Obviously, if people go north or if they go via Iran to Turkey …(they) have an opportunity both to enter the country as well as to register with either the government or with UNHCR,” the official added.
The new programme, announced on Monday, applies to those who worked on US-funded projects and to Afghans employed by a US-based media or non-governmental organisation (NGO).

An earlier programme, known as the Special Immigration Visa (SIV), covers interpreters and others who worked for the US government agencies, and their families.
Besides Pakistan, the US State Department has also asked Turkey to allow Afghans to stay in the country for up to 14 months before they are resettled in the United States.
National Security Adviser Moeed Yusuf said at a briefing in Washington this week that arrangements should be made to keep displaced Afghans inside their country instead of pushing them into Pakistan.
“Why make them dar-ba-dar (homeless)? Make arrangements for them inside their country. Pakistan does not have the capacity to take more refugees.”
The Turkish government too has criticised the US plan to use third countries to resettle Afghans, saying the move would cause a “great migration crisis” in the region.
“We do not accept the irresponsible decision taken by the United States without consulting our country,” the Turkish Ministry Foreign Ministry said in a statement issued in Ankara.
“If the United States wants to take these people to its country, it is possible to transfer them directly to their country by planes.”
There are two countries that can play a pivotal role in this resettlement plan, Iran and Pakistan. Since the United States does not have diplomatic relations with Iran, US policy makers look at Pakistan to help them implement this programme.
Pakistan, however, appears reluctant to do so. Since 1979, Pakistan has hosted millions of Afghans and more than three million are permanently settled in the country. Pakistani officials argue that their economy is not strong enough to absorb more refugees.

FEED THE SNAKES AGAIN ????????

fat chance Pakistan will listen.

US has zero leverage against Pakistan

.
No problem….

Borders remains open, but only for the trade and visits by the pro-Pak folks! How to judge that? They should have the proven record of opposing the anti-Pak folks….

.
Question for US: Should we separate Kids from their mothers and put them them in different cells?

when you give instructions then certain question arise and must be asked

These would be afghan refugees should be directly transported to their new refugee camps in India. Pakistan should allow such flights to over fly it's air space, bringing the two lovers together ( indians and afghans).
Or carve out an area within that country controlled by the powers who create those refugees, and let the UN run it. Problem solved.
So can we expect to hear absolutely no more afgan*u refugees in Pakistan, or once again hide behind phoney and lame humanitarian excuses to let them in?

These Americans are smoking some real good stuff. LOL are these rednecks really expecting Pakistan to host Northern Alliance commies who have hated our soil and existence? What are these Yanks smoking? The audacity of these Americans is mindboggling.

The state should leave not a shred of doubt regarding closure of border. Not only is Pakistan not going to become an orphanage for Afghan commies. The current lot residing in Pakistan are also going to be repatriated ASAP. Tell the Americans to their face.
