You said war. That spy has confessed for India's intention to terrorize Pakistan and sabotage CPEC. CPEC is termed by world leaders a catalyst for Peace and Prosperity for the whole region.

Our side had extended an unofficial invite to Pakistan, for IFR2016 , which if they would have agreed, a formal one would have been sent.

So yes, if in case of distress , or refuel or humanitarian missions, we can help them resupply from our civilian docks.

China didn't provide nuke tech to Pakistan, you shall know the ground reality at first. We did provide conventional weapon to Pakistan, USA did as well. China can't be contained, you shall know it.
