i think this report will help russia to put more focus on research and development and improving their system for changing them as secrets are known to their opponents so it seems better for russia

Russian assets might be great for 3rd world use but BUY AT YOUR OWN RISK if you are facing NATO.

The S-400 system supplied to Turkey is not downgraded.

For the right price, they will give you there best. For the right price of-course.

I never said that Russian weapons are CRAP, they are not NATO standard however.

The ever-increasingly sophisticated weapons are EXPENSIVE to develop, and NATO prepare for numerous eventualities, not only Russia.

Russia is powerful because of its incredible nuclear capability which is inherited from the former USSR on silver plate. It have a large army but it is mediocre as per NATO standards.
