If iran was a russian "client state" then why did the russians stupidly cut their own throats by scrapping some potentially lucrative non military deals such as the tu204 purchases under ahmadinejad,why did they vote against iran and with the west on numerous occasions at the un?.Lastly do you really think that iran would`ve thrown off the yoke of western vassalage 40 years ago just to wind up as a russian,not soviet,but russian vassal.If you really believe that then I`ve got some great nigerian "investment opportunities" that I`m sure you`ll be interested in.
