Man... the US has gone mad. It will trigger unbalance in south asia. I mean the US wants India to be less dependent on Russian weapons but still. Arming India will not deter China but strengthen Indian hegemony on Pak. @HRK @Great Janjua @Dazzler @Joe Shearer

Don't worry. Even without China, US will not let India take Pakistan controlled Kashmir whatsoever. Kashmir to India is like Taiwan to China. US will not allow that card to lose easily. Indians should be aware that if China falls, India will be US next target. India will not get any mercy from US even it has so-called democracy. Being US ally has to be subject to the glass ceiling US set. US learnt a lesson from China's rise. The glass ceiling is even lower than before.

If India is not stupid, it should pretend to be anti-China but no substantial actions.

A relationship with the US means going all the way. The Americans expect full cooperation and loyalty. Are the Indians ready to commit to US cause unconditionally? Of course this would mean ditching Russia.

You need to check your professors of history and answer that.

Its a good thing. They will be dependent on US aid which is not a good omen for any country. US aid always comes with humiliating conditions even if they are kept secret.
India will be less self reliant due to this and US will pull the plug when Indians will need them the most.
