The US military is breaking their own restrictions by "selling" to Jordan on paper, but really selling to Pakistan.

As if no one see through such a clever plan!

Such things have been done before, it's just a technical work around. US withdrawal is through Pakistan so they will be leaving behind many weapons and military hardware.

If the news was legitimate, there wouldn't be any "workaround".

If the "workaround" is to get around the US' own policies, then there is no need. Congress can pass a one-time exemption to make a straightforward sale.

Who are they trying to fool with this alleged "workaround"? Other countries? Why?

It puts the credibility of the whole "report" in question.
