I am not too worried about losing militarily to the US. The US can never realistically conquer China from the outside. The threat from the US is technological, economic, indirect military and propaganda. The US has online agents that use fake news to discredit other national governments, cause dissent, and incite race riots and destabilize other countries. The US military's grip over world petroleum reserves and the linking of petroleum to the USD is essentially a form of enslavement, as printed/electronic dollars take on value automatically by virtue of being the only thing able to purchase the vital resource petroleum in world markets. The US uses its current technological lead to suppress other nation's technologies by taking over critical markets, keeping them poor and weak and reliant on petroleum, therefore reliant on the USD. With all these, the end result is, US produces electronic USD, and the rest of the world feeds the US's Wall Street regime which can then use a small fraction of its loot to pay off dissidents.
