Interestingly, only a few months ago Pakistan unveiled a new marine/EEZ policy where is clearly says that ANY WARSHIP OR SHIPS CARRYING WEAPONS WOULD NEED TO SEEK PAKISTAN'S PERMISSION BEFORE THEY CAN ACCESS PAKISTAN'S EEZ ! So looks like Pakistan was expecting that USN can do something like this.

And, the IN subs invariably get detected as soon as they are near the Pak area of interest...

It is not our territory, they just passed through our EEZ which is allowed by International Maritime Laws and every nation has permission to pass through another country’s EEZ without consent. They just wanted to protest our law which says India’s EEZ is territorial waters. But then this simple thing is not going inside anyone here as the main motive is to troll and make fun of small things. Thats why the thread title is “US Navy conducts 'operation' in Indian EEZ without approval !” so that Pakistanis can get a delusional laugh out of something non serious.

According to International Maritime Law anyone can pass through any country’s EEZ, it is not the territorial waters of any country. Do you get it mr troll?

First read International Maritime Law, a country can use freedom of navigation in a country’s EEZ outside the territorial waters of a nation or in territorial waters with permission. In EEZ of a country no other nation can perform economic activity. You got it?

The US has always been present in the Indian Ocean with its massive military base in Diego Garcia, and they have been conducting such operations there for a long time, only difference is that they publicise it this time. The US is and will remain the dominant naval power in Indian Ocean and Pacific for a long time to come. India(even more so) and China have a long way to go challenge the US navy anytime soon.
So there's basically nothing India can do.
