US must deny Pak army aid: Brajesh Mishra

We dont need aid. Already the Government of Pakistan is paying Rs.2080 billion out of its own pocket for America's war.

If they refuse aid, we will stop all NATO supply routed via Pakistan and will stop fighting Taliban/Al-Qaida from our side of the border.

People think Pakistan is on the weak side, but if we wanted, we could screw America over in no time.

So the proposal of stopping aid is idiotically stupid and immature. Only someone like a Indian Security National Security adviser could be that stupid.

Dheere bol.......US wale uncle sun lenge.....:cry:

:rofl::rofl::rofl:

Then why the hell Pakistan is happily accepting that aid? To make America look like a nation in command?? Not only that, Mr. Zardari is striving hard to get more!!

Can we talk in a normal manner against our Indian forum users?
We should be open for discussions against people who do not quite share the same views like we do.
So just convince them, but don't start insulting, it seriously degrades the standards set on this board and makes you all look like children insulting eachother back and forth.

Apprecited.

Cutting of aid ought to happen. Whether India pushes for it or not. US has realised how Pak has been playing it. Obama's no fool.Its not a coincidence he has made Pak uncomfortable about EVERY comment issued towards South Asia, since he has joined office.

Tough times ahead for Pakistan.

I don't really see "tough" times ahead if U.S. refrains from giving aid, Pakistan is not dependant on the aid, it is helpful though and provides us with extra punch which is really needed, however, we can do it with our own resources aswell and are doing so, the U.S. wants succes fast, so does Pakistan because the issue of terrorism is now an issue for both nations, therefor, any cutback of aid or whatever isn't the smart thing to do.
Also, I don't really like the term "aid", the U.S. actually forced us back then to join in with their war, we didn't have any other choice, and our nation is still developing, so a big war on our hands + political turmoil + economic instability wasn't really what we wanted, to compensate, giving aid to Pakistan in form of weaponry to fight off taliban, or money for infrastructure, is the LEAST the U.S. can do and give us.

Aid is going to be cut under Obama for sure.what need to be seen is how much?
Right now he cut 30% right when he step's in.
