Stealth, you're way off course. There was no 'backfire' as you mention, except the Aman ki Asha tribe. PM Modi's speech was highly appreciated by every Indian, even the Modi haters in the Congress. So don't be under the mistaken impression that his speech was criticized. It was a fantastic speech that put you guys on the back-foot.

India is now going to expose you big time in international forums on what's going on in Azad Kashmir/GB and Balochistan. You will not be able to brush it under the carpet anymore.

WASHINGTON: US State Department Deputy Spokesperson, Mark Toner has said that the US would encourage greater dialogue and counter-terrorism cooperation between both Pakistan and India.

While answering a question during a briefing in Washington on Tuesday, he said that it would be beneficial for both countries, the region itself and the United States.

“It’s important that Pakistan do the utmost to prevent terrorists from carrying out acts of terror – not just in Pakistan, but elsewhere in the region. So it’s important that there’s greater collaboration, greater dialogue. And we would encourage any effort in that regard” Mark Toner said.

They are trying to explain that Pakistan has already mobilized her military several times on several occasions around the world, like Sri Lanka to help brotherly Nations. So Pakistan can play a vital role on a major scale. In other words they want Pakistan to send its special forces along with US special forces on special missions around the world, where US believe the Terrorists have their hideouts.
