The military gap between India and China is currently much less than that between India and Pakistan. We dont need to match China - in area , population ( lol ) , economy and military - what we have is enough for our deterrence and we will put our efforts to ensure that it always remains enough.

btw whats the Gap between China and U.S militarily ? Yet you don't see the U.S attacking China do you ? same case here ...

Asian Tigers.... ... think bigger "World Superpower India" ... Jokes aside a war is not a possibility in these times, because a lot is at stake. There will be a huge backlash at the govt who is willing to go to war unless provoked. One of the reasons why we didn't go to war after mumbai attacks.
