PAF only has 1 "SF"... the SSW.

The SSG had a problem with the uniform of the GCs (PAFs Ground Combateers) as the forest camo is earned and not just handed out, maybe the GCs uniform changed?

they have rapid/ first response teams who are specially trained for such roles. including downed pilots recovery and defence of outposts / radar sites etc

Rapid reaction forces (even in the army) are regulars trained for that duty.

SSW will do so what mission remands behind enemy lines or within our boundaries but it has limited numbers.

in my eye it makes them special and extra ordinary
snipers and scouts within regular units are selected from the ordinary troops due to their abilities. the well known brands like SAS, SEALS (or SSG in our case) are tip of the spear.. but they are not alone their are lower tiers who are at par or can give them support in a mission where a large number is needed.. regular troops may not have the ability to keep up with the pace.
