UPDATE MEDIA WAR AGAINST TÜRKIYE

We did a referendum bro. You can never hold a people together by force if they don't really want to(since otherwise it will only bring more trouble/conflict for that nation). At one point you will have to make concessions, even dictatorial Sudan had to organize a referendum for south Sudan if they want to be independent, Same with Ethiopia towards Eritrea. Democratic Turkey can sure do the same and settle this case once and for all.:enjoy:
pkk wouldnt barely have 5-10k fighters (including women and children) if 15 million Kurds wanted independence from Turkey.
What you Europeans dont know is overwhelming majority of Kurds are peaceful and dont have anything to do with separatism, otherwise no way you can keep 15 million people by force in a 80 million (total) country.

That would be true if all kurds wanted to separate. But as @xenon54 explained, the pkk is just a small group.
They have never had more than a couple thousand fighters at the height of their power.

So you think it would a good idea to give into a small group of terrorists to save face in the international arena?

Besides, if they did separate, they would be a small landlocked country with no water and no natural resources.
They would not be joining barzani either since the pkk and the krg don't get along to say the least.
Not to mention that there are more kurds living in the west of turkey than in the east. Do you think they would all want to move to a separated litlle country with no future?

EDIT:

- It is quite admirable that the UK held a referendum, but it is still not a comparable situation when looking at the history of both the UK and Turkey.

- Sudan is a shithole desert.

To be honest(and im being impartial), i think Turkey is scared of the results of such a referendum .:D

Dude, that's a huge scandal that MP immunity is unlimited in Türkiye. Of course AKP will never Change that, to give law and prosecutors the Chance to investigate against the, cause they are also scared. You know the reasons.
In western countries MP have limited immunity, Police can seize their driving licence and so on

Nothing wrong with it,especially when it comes with a 200 billion euro aid package.
Greeks were pretty naive when they thought Europe would just leave them alone, even more when we consider how they cheated with their economic numbers to be able to join EU but still it was a democratic election.

Links between Turkey and ISIS are now 'undeniable' | Business Insider

"Documents and flash drives seized during the Sayyaf raid reportedly revealed links “so clear” and “undeniable” between Turkey and ISIS “that they could end up having profound policy implications for the relationship between us and Ankara,” a senior western official familiar with the captured intelligence told the Guardian."

What is this shit.. has journalism gone to shit everywhere ? You can't fucking claim shit like this, Turkey should sue these *unts..

Shit rains from eveywhere, they even manipulate NATO official Statement. A ethnic Turk Politician C. Özdemir Claims that Turkey will be Pakistan soon

@Bismarck Hello friend, this could be from you :)
@IR-TR

Turk,

You guys are lucky that the Europeans needed you----other wise they would have spanked you guys so hard that you would have been called rosy cheeks.

You partners of isis murderers are a disgusting nation----just to keep your tourism alive and businesses going you just looked the other way---as long as it was not happening in your house you cared less----you let those kids cross over from your borders into Syria---hundreds and thousands of them.

It did not need a rocket scientists to see the difference between a dark teenage Pakistani, indian, Bengali muslim going thru Turkish customs and the rest of the other fair skinned people.

So---Turk---how does the first bomb blast feel-----how has the first suicide attacks effected your psyche----are you wetting your pants because the time of old glory is long gone----.

No it no fun to have joy at someone else's funeral----but how does the heat of the fire feel that you help lit under your neighbor house----.

It will burn you guys too----wait and see---wait and see----you played with fire too long----your looking the other way this drama has reached its final conclusion----and this conclusion is the begining of new things to come which contain----fire---death---destruction and explosions amongst other things----so be ready for the ride of your life---let us see if you make it---.

By the way----where is that Turkish mod who told me ' we are smart---we don't interfere because it would effect our tourism '----hey---screw your tourism now---.

Very eloquently put, my friend.
You summed it up perfectly. :)
