How am I advocating for India? I'm just saying that the notion that Hindu radicals have somehow infiltrated and gained access to missile and nuke launchers is complete BS. The Indian government and military would never allow Hindu radicals to touch their nuke facilities with a pole. They know what they are doing, if Hindu radicals even tried to infiltrate them they would shut those idiots down immediately as they don't want a nuclear war on their hands.

Working theory is hijacked a planned test, wanted Pakistan to retaliate to start war, potential nuclear war.

Believed India would survive and then "cleanse" India from all undesirables.

Pakistan had been aware of this potential, knew about the test, and knew the missile would probably have no warhead, but it still was tense, retaliation was planned if life was lost.
