In Chinese case, rape is state sponsored covertly by supporting Chinese Human trafficking groups
and overtly by making CCP officials sleep with Uighur women, when their husband are locked up, all for the goal of eliminating Uighur culture.

In Pakistani case, for rape of non-Muslim women is passed off by marrying the victim to the perpetrator. This is justified by religious clerics who storm court proceeding and the justice system bows down to them.
