So it looks like it was paid by a private organization, not the Indian gov as implied by some members here. Anyway I did not see that article so thank you.
And yes, I know Irans's Supreme Leader is pro Pak, but the President is more pro India. Needless to say, the Iranian government has refrained from openly condemning India on an international platform such as the UN. But than again even China has avoided that, so I doubt Iran will. Overall, actions speak louder than words, and Iran's actions have been more favorable to India than Pakistan.
