Understanding IAF's war doctrine

Hi Indian friends,

I want to know if there is an IAF war doctrine document/plan exists in public domain like Indian army's CSD. There is a certain role of IAF in CSD but does IAF has its own war plan or doctrine.

and this was about iaf,s war doctrine not about some grand mission for the world... my guess is
1. stop opponent from attaining air superiority
2. neutralize sensitive targets like air force runways and hangers and in case of nuclear countries i am guessing nuclear plants.
3. play the defensive role
