Yes, I think Iran supported Israel during the Six Day War by continuing oil shipments. But I don't think Israel's relations with Iran had anything to do with the mullahs' hostility to Israel. From before they achieved their base in Iran the mullahs saw their goal as establishing hegemony and saw Israel-hatred as a tool to manipulate to get their foot in the door via the old satrapy system.
