couple of things...after Shimla agreement UN has no role to play b/w pakistan and India...one would like to ignore it however Shimla agreement is a binding thing...secondly there were reports that even UN dropped that issue from issue list...not sure what's the status at this stage...anyways the larger point is human rights violation...are you saying human rights violation in a disputed land(as per you) is UN job but not undisputed?? Just don't be biased when you answer these questions...that's all i am asking for...
