That's why Kashmir is still an internationally recognized disputed territory on the Agenda of the SC whose final accession to India or Pakistan is yet to be decided in accordance with the will of the people of Kashmir.
Again wrong...Kashmir is a dispute between India and Pakistan, it is not a disputed territory. There is a huge difference between the two. Until the final settlement, Kashmir will be considered a part of India.
