One of them will be built in Turkey, 3 of them will be built in Ukraine. Ukraine wants them to have Ukraine made engines.

Cooperation will not only ships, UAV, Radar and looks like it will go maybe to Turkish SAM Hisar systems. They are not buying ships but alliences.

All history. There was only a time period when Russia and Turkey actually dominated the Black Sea coasts. For example, the 1950s.
