I don't understand why the Ukraine government and some civilians and the military have problems in joining a union of Russia, Central Asia and Belarus.

Ukranians, except in the Donbas region don't want to have anything to do with Russia. They are EU aspirants. Belarus can merge with Russia. They behave like their orderlies in any case.

Well, it would be good if even a half-USSR type political alliance is reconstructed with Ukraine included. As it is, Putin had once said that the dissolution of the USSR was a tragedy.

Another threat would be some group making a chemical attack which became a trend unfortunately in recent years and hard to disprove immediately. After hearing Usa comments about the issue this should be considered as a real threat. If Russia decides to attack immediately after such incident without asking for investigation it would again be seen as the responsible of the attack even if quite possibly other groups that want war are behind such issue. For such a scenario Eu countries can provide to Ukraine easy to deploy( by cargo aircraft like C130) chemical sensing quad drones in my opinion or a similar technology to sense chemicals by drones or low flying aircraft for immediate use after the issue. For example this can detect by looking at the gas density or similar parameters if it is caused by a munition, what type of munition like cluster or ground detonation. Ground pictures would also give an idea about the munition trajectory if there is any. This would disprove such claims and avert a possible war in my opinion.
