Poland's economy has improved significantly. A lot of Poles have moved back home, the building sites are pretty much devoid of them.

Romania and Bulgaria are still pretty poor.

Poland's economy has improved significantly. A lot of Poles have moved back home, the building sites are pretty much devoid of them.

Romania and Bulgaria are still pretty poor.

Poles prolly prefer heading to neighboring Germany or Norway due to Brexit as for Bulgaria and Romania they mainly having the undesirables head out west like Gypsies and Turks

This is the immigrant mentality. The same can be said for Mexicans, Jamaicans or even Pakistanis. The vast majority I have worked with have been polite and decent. As always, YMMV ( your mileage may vary).
