The Sun beams UV, visible light, mid range IR at Earth. More CO2, more incoming mid range IR is blocked out. Earth's surface becomes cooler. By the Stefan Boltzmann law, Earth's surface's upward mid range IR is much less than before. More CO2 radiating mid range IR back to Earth's surface is negated by much less upward mid range IR from Earth's surface. No net change in the strength of the greenhouse effect. But Earth's surface is cooler to begin with. So more CO2 causes global cooling.

We haven't been feeling much difference because increase in human energy use generates lots of heat that counteracted man made global cooling. However, if human energy use levels off or decreases due to higher efficiency, then Earth will become cooler.

My whole life is a lie!

global warming and global cooling are American Fake games they don"t have impact in reality.

Kyoto is a pathetic game by developed nations to keep others poor and underdeveloped. Plus more CO2 is very good for plant-life, good for agriculture. Forests would also thrive with more CO2, and rainforests will make a good comeback and cover the globe again.Global warming, even if it does occur, is not that bad. Given that 3/4th of earth's surface is water, more warming means more evaporation and more precipitation. This means that the chances of rainfall increase dramatically in arid regions. Wastelands could open up to agriculture. The permafrost in Russia and other northern regions could melt and open up rich land fit for agriculture and forestry.

And we'd all find it a little bit harder to breathe...

Somebody just need to look at a word called "Entropy"
