UK is perceived as a clown nowadays by the whole world, it can't do shit

British army couldn't win in Afghanistan with the help of other NATO partners. Russia is a different ballgame.
Russians did not win in Afghanistan either. Afghanistan is entirely different type of front where only local customs and infighting prevail.

Ukraine cannot handle Russia by itself but it can with NATO support. Although NATO is not obligated to help Ukraine in war.

Russia is annexing lands from neighboring countries by the way; this is in violation of international norms. No country likes to be torn apart by another by force over any pretext whatsoever.

If Kosovo had the right to secede from Serbia then Crimea had the right to secede from the Ukraine.

This is deflective equivalency - not appreciated.

If people in Crimea loved Russia so much - they could move to Russia proper. They chose separatism and motivated Russia to annex Crimea. This is a slippery slope in international norms. In any country, a sector can choose to fight the state and give another country the carte blanche to annex it. This is not right.

Nothing hurts like the truth.

Using your own logic if some people in Kosovo didn't like Serbia then they could move to other country.

(...) They chose separatism and motivated Russia to annex Crimea. This is a slippery slope in international norms.

It is USA that organized coup against democraticaly elected president of the Ukraine - Yanukovych. Crimea and Donbas didn't recognized the coup and become independent. Crimea later joined Russia. USA started this.

It seems Russia want to show muscles, and want to test his defense system and fighter jets on other country in real war scenario.

Stick to the topic.

Using your own logic if some people in Kosovo didn't like Serbia then they could move to other country.
Kosovo wasn't in love with Russia (or another country) and invited Russia (or another country) to absorb it. Kosovo desired independence from Serbia but this wasn't extraordinary development in the region since Yugoslavia as a whole split into 5 countries due to internal faultlines which developed at some point.

Russia annexed Crimea in 2014. Now Russia wants Donbas.

This is why deflective equivalency is not appreciated.

It is USA that organized coup against democraticaly elected president of the Ukraine - Yanukovych. Crimea and Donbas didn't recognized the coup and become independent. USA started this.
Any independent source?

FYI

"A decision by Kremlin-leaning Ukrainian President Viktor Yanukovych to reject an association agreement with the European Union in favor of closer ties with Moscow sparked mass protests that led to his ouster in 2014. Russia responded by annexing Ukraine’s Crimean Peninsula and throwing its weight behind a separatist insurgency that broke out in Ukraine’s east.

Ukraine and the West accused Russia of sending its troops and weapons to back the rebels. Moscow denied that, charging that Russians who joined the separatists were volunteers.

More than 14,000 people have died in the fighting that devastated Ukraine’s eastern industrial heartland known as Donbas."

You don’t want to challenge the 10th Mtn Div. They live for these extremes and combat environment.
If Russian invades Ukraine, do you think USA would interfere or send it troops?
bro, when it comes to Winter Warfare specially on land, no one can even match the Russians.
USA also has many places which receive snow and are as cold as Russia.

care to explain why either of the 2 nations wont fight? If China cannot afford to go to war I am sure UK would not even think about one with the economy they have.

China has won how many wars ?

what is the level of Chinese navy readiness ?

what is the day at sea rate for Chinese navy warships ?

Royal Navy does not need a introduction the record speaks for itself

which is why UK can send its carrier to Chinese and Russian waters but neither China or Russia can do the same

you are making statements considering the past laurels, Royal Forces could not even defeat the Germans without the US support in world war 2 when they were still considered a world power, but now they are not even close to 1% of what they were.
