When inducted, the type-85III had the best FCS of all mbts in the region. The composite armor was also adequate.

Got upgraded and painted recently, and is less frequently these days.

Both AK and UDs are desert dwellers.

possibly it may get extend for 1-2 more years ....

as HIT is also planning to initiate medium rebuild of 25 T-80UD from next year, so from next year two rebuild program will be put in operation in parallel, therefore I believe it is logical to expect one or both could face expected and or unexpected delays
