Doubt the person or persons who did burn the flag would ever be caught without CCTV footage there is very little that can be done in this case.

But I find it strange to see a city which has a massive Muslim population would ever be under threat they have much clout and power in Hyd most of the silver shops are run by Muslims in the city.
