KURRAM AGENCY: Two persons were killed in a drone strike in an area of Lower Kurram Agency on Thursday, according to officials of the political administration.

Identities of the killed persons have not been identified yet.

This is the first drone strike under the Trump administration.

According to The News, no drone strike had reportedly taken place in Pakistan by the United States until today since May 2016.

The drone strikes by US under the supervision of Central Intelligence Agency in Pakistan began in 2004.

KURRAM AGENCY: A suspected US drone strike killed two men on Thursday in a village in Kurram Agency, near the Afghanistan border, a local government official and a village elder said.

According to a political administration official, the deceased have been identified as Saqib and Qari Abdullah.

The missile struck two men riding a motorcycle in Kurram Agency, part of the country’s lawless tribal areas said to be home to militants from both the Afghan and TTP as well as al Qaeda. “A drone missile struck the motorcycle which caught fire and then exploded,” said Haji Zamin Hussain a village elder from the area.

Five Taliban cadres killed in US drone strike

Earlier this month, at least five fighters of the Afghan Taliban were killed in a US drone strike in a Pakistan-Afghanistan border region, The Express Tribune learnt from security sources.

It was the first drone strike in the Pak-Afghan border region since the installation of Donald Trump as the president of the United States.

A remotely piloted American aircraft fired missiles at a vehicle which was en route to Kurram Agency from the Khost province of Afghanistan, security sources said. All five men travelling in the vehicle were killed on the spot. They have been identified as top cadres of the Afghan Taliban.

Security sources said the drone strike took place well within Afghan territory, a few kilometres away from the Pakistani border region of Spin Ghar.

. . . .
Why does Pakistan not use its own UCAV burraq instead of allowing the US to trample inside Pakistan.

.
Its time for Pakistani leadership to tell the US that no more drone strikes can take place.

Every terrorist that's killed creates another 15 from the innocent people that end up being killed. We cant let the Americans keep undermining our sovereignty, we followed them into their war so the least they can do is just hand over any intel they have rather than doing their own action.

I know Nawaz doesn't have the balls, but maybe COAS Bajwa or the ACM Sohail Aman can do something.

Is supposed to be on zero point, right at the border, so were either fleeing to or from the country.
Who knows if its a US Strike either, no longer have the monopoly on armed drones.

A suspected U.S. drone strike killed two men on Thursday in a Pakistani village near the Afghanistan border, a local government official and a village elder said.

U.S. drone attacks inside Pakistan have become rare over the past few years and the latest strike, if confirmed, would be the first such attack inside the nuclear-armed nation since U.S. President Donald Trump took office in January.

The missile struck two men riding a motorcycle in Pakistan's northern Kurram Agency, part of the country's lawless tribal areas said to be home to militants from both the Afghan and Pakistani Taliban as well as al Qaeda.

It was not clear who was being targeted, the official said.

"A drone missile struck the motorcycle which caught fire and then exploded," said village elder Haji Zamin Hussain.

Pakistan's foreign office spokesman could not be reached for comment.

In its last high-profile drone attack inside Pakistan, the United States in May killed Afghan Taliban leader Mullah Akhtar Mansour in Pakistan's southwestern province of Baluchistan.

Talking about drone attacks in Pakistan, Bajwa said that drone strikes will never be acceptable to Pakistan. “Drone strikes are an infringement of our sovereignty,” he added.

The last stance of PA is the above told. I wonder PA responded as you hoped...

This was in Afghanistan, not Pakistan.

Apparently its not clear where the drone strike took place. The article is contradicting. First it says it occurred in Kurrum which is part of Pakistan and then the army is saying it happened in Afghanistan.
