there are plenty of CEOs of Lebanonese or Cuban or Egyptian origin in USA. Indonesians do not emigrate to USA. Indonesians are 1/5th of the Pakistani community in USA.

Normalized for population Indians and Chinese dominate the technology sector in USA. It is not just CEOs - it is top management, principal engineers, patent holders etc. It is no secret. I do not know why it is so hard to acknowledge the obvious

No, Chinese are being deliberately denied leadership positions in tech. Indians are being helped. There is no comparison.

There are plenty of Chinese Americans in leadership. The older generation of Chinese (prior to 2000) had a severe problem with English.

This is how Corporate America works. You try to work up the corporate ladder. If management does not recognize you for your talents & work you are free to jump ship. the really smart ones start their own companies and become billionaires

Pakistani American incomes trails Indian American incomes even on per household or per captia basis.

Pakistan is running on expatriate remmitances. Otherwise you are looking at 40% reduction in low standard of living

you are right that large scale migration of talent is a failure of the host society

Barely anyone sends remittances from west, Pak is not running on remittances of west- its part of it, but as much as its part of many other countries on earth, training labor is done by mother country(or else everyone in the world would have swimming with remittance)- best is if its used in the country, second best is sending it abroad through agreements- its bad because you are not taking the best option- Secondly a quite a chunk of this remittance is from freelancers/independent IT workers
They are not included as IT export

Chinese Americans do not trail Pakistani Americans in any respect. They are one of the most outstanding ethnic minorities. I say they have done better than Indian Americans ignoring the edge Indian Americans have in household income.

The remittances from the West is below what it is obtained from the Gulf Arab states. It is not insignificant by any means

If you are not physically present it is not called remittance

That is true at a certain level.

In USA Pakistanis are not performing above average. They are making above the norm in terms of income. Normalize it for education, occupations and other factors. Pakistanis have disproportionate number of doctors for their population levels. You can explain the difference. Pakistanis are below average in terms of household income in UK and Canada. A lot of them are dependent on social welfare handouts. There are plenty of red flags on the Pakistani experiences abroad.

There would have been no IT industry in India, if it was not for the brain drain . People who left india have played a major role and contributed in its growth back in India.

CEO is answerable to board of directors. there is still no IT industry in india - its still sector. Not an industry - barely anything gets produced just serviced.
