Turkiye will totally change the rules of game in region: TF-X MMU Stealth Fighter

.
Come on buddy!
You just leaving it without a professional comment(s)!
Looks very similar to F-22.
2 meter longer than F-22, similar wingspan.
30% less power than F-22.

That will allow TFX to carry 2000 lb bombs and cruise bombs internally (F-22 can carry only 1000 lb)
More fuel => more combat radius than F-22.

However TFX will have much lower thrust/weight ratio, lower speed, lower ceiling than F-22.

So overall TFX specs should be similar to F-35.

But much bugger question is how and when it will be built. Building 5 gen plane from scratch is extremely expensive and complicated and requires huge experience. I dont think that without strong cooperation with one of 5 major aircraft powers (US, Russia, UK, France, China) it would be possible.

.
it is not easy task to try a true 5th generation fighter, Turkey would try to get help and materials from abroad no doubt about it but Turkey has to success this job. i see only big problem is engine, F110 engines make the aircraft slower and old fashioned. if Turkey could make its own 5th gen engines in the next 10-12 years then we can reach another level.

Turkey is almost finishing her own turbo shaft engine, so far it went good. we will see how will perform the new engine next year. the rest is not big obstacle, Turkey can find a solution.

TAI announced that they develop a supersonic drone which will be controlled by TFX fighters. The drone will have special electronic equipment to reflect enemy radar signals to imitate a F16 like aircrart flying alongside with Tf-X under a flight formation. The drone will have a weight around 100kg and a speed of 1,4Mach. The drone will be built in 16 months.

MMU’s air inlets are in the most forward position compared to others. Do you know why?

I do not have an idea. It will try to find a proper answer after some research.

This seems to be a concept that will become widespread in the future. (especially for SEAD and DEAD missions.)

Rayhteon MALD is one of the first generation solutions of this concept. Communications between machines with advanced tactical networks, and firing these autonomous jamming and deception decoys from jet like a propelled ammo, could change all of air defence layers in near future.

Aselsan has been working on fake target images and active RF decoys projects for a long time. It is unthinkable that these studies will not be used in the TFX project.

I hope they will consider fiber optic towed one also.

. . . . .
BURFIS is the offically name of the TFX AESA radar, so what does it means?

.
Couldn’t be service doors, bro?

Likely bro but I personally expect to see side looking radars like Su57. It is considered to apply a modification to integrate similar solution for F22 as well.
