Nice looking AESA radar. Question is, how far away is Turkey from having a full avionics package that can equip a fighter jet? Turkey has done a lot of piece meal work, but do they add up to an end to end solution yet?

Could we see a JF17 equipped with Turkish mission computer, avionics, radar, electronic warfare and weapons package? Be cool, if we are getting close to that.

For a 4th gen fighter turkey already have upgrade package called "Özgür" which means "Free" or "Independent". But this upgrade pack doesnt include aesa radar and aesa radar is under development like you see.

4th biggest composite component manufacturing plant have been built by TAI for mainly TF-X program. Turkish Aerospace Industry with sub-contractors such as Mir and Dowaksa has developed carbon-fiber and fiber-glass thermoset and more advanced thermoplastic composite materials. This facility with otonom robotic processes will produce composite structure of Turkish aerial programs.

A very logical choice.
I just hope that the current tensions between Turkey and the US doesnt adversely affect the project.

Kuzgun is going to be an excellent weapon system. Having modular add-on warheads, seekers and propulsion. A Low-Cost weapon that can do it all, almost - it's warhead is small.

Prototypes will use GE F110 engine. After that it will use doemstic engine. Development contract is signed with TR Motor

21m length and 14m wingspan, This bird is one of the biggest one in its class but Stealth feature of fuselage decrease the RCS smaller...

BTW, Malaysian general attended to ceremony. They are very close to be a partner of this beast I think.
