You cant put someone in Jail if you cant prove his guilt in the first place but those people lost 4 years of their life for nothing,

Ofcourse you can, it's absolutely common in virtually every justice system in the world, and for a very good reason.

The fact that high level government meetings were able to be intercepted and leaked all but proves the conspiracy. The only sad thing here is that prosecutors were unable to prove the case.

On the other hand, it's good that the justice system is independent enough from the political branch that such a judgement is able to be made. In many countries such a thing would not be possible.

That has nothing to do with what I said. In many countries, including those with due process and the presumption of innocence like the US and Canada, someone in the process of being prosecuted for certain serious crimes will be kept in jail while the prosecution is ongoing. That has no bearing on whether they're innocent or guilty - it happens regardless. If they're convicted, they then go to prison.

Obviously we would want this time to be as short as possible to keep innocent people from being unfairly punished.

Those people already got a sentence, some of them over 20 years, how comes they are free now if they are guilty? And how comes this judgement if their guilt couldnt be proved as you said?

Till now every single letter in your posts was nonsense, now you will ask ''how can a letter be nonsense?'' Well i dont know, you just managed it...

Erdoğan: (Diyanet İşleri Başkanı Mehmet Görmez’in makam aracı ile ilgili tartışmaların sorulması üzerine) Bir kere o Mercedes’in iddia ettikleri gibi 1 milyon TL falan olması için zırhlı falan olması lazım. O tür normal Mercedes’lerin fiyatları 300-320 bin TL civarındadır. Kaldı ki artık eski dönemlerde değiliz. O tür araçlara artık herkes binebiliyor.

Görmez arabadan inip evine yaya olarak gitmiş | Fikret Bila | Milliyet.com.tr

Vay yawrum vay.....ben niye binemiyorum acaba o tür araçlara ??? Yoksa herkes derken acaba devletin malını, parasını sömüren kendisi ve saz ekibinden mi bahsediyor acaba ???

You want an Ecevit as a governor wouldn't you. He would never ride a car like that. His government wouldn't be able to afford it after all. Try and count the Mercedes cars you see on the streets next time you go out. You will be amazed how many people can afford it. Like you already don't know.

At the moment This video gives us the clue where Turkey is heading...

About the video for non-Turkish members here... Southeastern city Mardin, AKP members face ''protest'' of those WHO Akp is in talks with on the claim that They bring peace and democracy.

The ''protesters'' chant the name of prisoned ''leader'' of PKK terrorist organisation.

Such actions had once called dream to do in real life, but now it is reality that ''People'' can now ''protest'' politicians and praise terrorist organisation.

The states excessive spending on cars becomes ridiculous, There are only 10'000 cars for goverment employees in Germany and Japan while the number in Turkey is 10 times bigger.
Didnt know we were richer than those two, you should stop supporting every single thing of AKP, a little self critisizm isnt bad.

I don't have first hand knowledge of govt numbers but there is already austerity measures in place for govt vehicles from what I remember from past years.

Ok now just the military of Turkey have 12k vehicles and the police have 36k+ vehicles. All vehicles the govt have are in access of 96k. Now do you want to take away the 86k cars? Stop BS ing, will you.

No one is talking about military and police vehicles! Are you out of your bloody mind? Do you see the PM journeying through the streets of Ankara via MRAP? This is getting ridiculous....

Also that has nothing got to do with that. What other members have been saying that our politicians have way more luxury cars than any other developed country; this was said AFTER you claiming Ecevits government would not have been able to afford it....

You can't even criticise the government even on a minor thing that is absolutely clear. o_O
