They themselves posted pictures of the hospital last year and it is the building at the left. The yellow building looks more like apartments. Its easy to hang a banner with HOSPITAL everywhere. But their own photos show that the yellow building has nothing to do with it. Most likely done the damage themselves. Yes, in the Investigation, they didn't say "Turkey dropped a Bomb." Since with such footage, you can't tell, could be shelling from FSA or Failed YPG ones etc...
Now they are waiting for ground footage. to give a confirmation, on what is really this building/damage done/ if there is casualties like previously said etc...

As for Burning before leaving... it's typical of them, they did it before, but the renown of such tactics is ASSad... So no surprise when you know they are besties ...

From the looks of it they have already run so we will most likely get no footage from them and if their accusation was the truth we would have gotten it already. FSA and TAF will propably take footage from the building soon and interviews from the local population.
