If your pride is getting hurt, you should join up and risk your life. I hear FSA is recruiting.

We are Turkish citizens . We pay taxes , we vote , we get drafted for military service and we obey the Turkish constitution. We do every duty we must. We dont have to risk our lives in the field of battle to justify to question of this operation . We earn that right by working hard every day.

Turkey can no longer insist on a settlement without Assad and it’s not realistic, so I think we just have to work with what we have and that’s where Russia, Iran, and Turkey come in in a big fashion," Deputy Prime Minister Mehmet Şimşek said at the World Economic Forum.

If your brain cannot, after that much education and tech. superiority, grant the success in the battlefield, then quit and start to sell lemons in markets, at least you do not risk the lives with back-forward games in battlefield, but maybe the freshness of lemons with that brain skills.

News are coming (Turkish sources quoting the MoD) that at least 5 Turkish soldiers were killed and several other injured in a ISIS VBIED attack in Al-Bab. RIP.

Losses at this point is just inevitable.

So called FSA thugs are incapable of taking or holding positions so our soldiers have to do more jobs including taking the surrounding areas.

Just a week ago we caught a FSA group smuggling weapons to ISIS, that's how fucked up the situation is.

You can't even trust your own *proxies*(considering they are)

Five Turkish soldiers killed, nine wounded in Syria’s al-Bab
Five Turkish soldiers were killed and nine others were wounded in an Islamic State Iraq and Levant (ISIL) attack in the al-Bab area of northern Syria on Jan. 20, according to the Turkish army.

The attack was staged with a bomb-laden vehicle by ISIL militants at 1:40 p.m. Wounded soldiers were taken to hospital immediately, said a written statement from the Turkish Armed Forces.

Whoever is responsible should be found and court-martialled. It's completely unacceptable that ISIS keeps being able to get VBIEDs into Turkish lines. We can't keep blaming the FSA - Turkish troops must be responsible for their own safety. Someone in command is either incompetent or is sabotaging the operation.
