Why on earth does TSK think it a good idea to bring outdated and non-upgraded M60s and M113s to the front line?

It will lead to unnecessary casualties! I get that the M113 might be used by SNA, but no way they are capable of operating the standard M60s..

I think it will be different this time because of US withdrawal from the border regions turkey wants to exert military force over to create a buffer with rest of Syria.
