Tf-2000 design that is shown above, is not belong to STM of Turkey. It is an concept design of Germany Meko AAW frigates that had offered to Turkey for this mission and named it like TF-2000 as we call our own AAW project with same name ...

27 Frigates (6 can be classed as Light Destroyer)
20 Submarines
18 Corvettes
47 Fast Attack Missile Ships (Classed as Corvettes by lürssen)
85, 33m Composite Hull Fast Patrol Attack Craft built by Yonca-Onuk
22 Coast-Guard Ships- Coastal Patrol
4 Search and Rescue Ships
1 (+1) – LPD (With 18 T-129 Attack Helis)
1 Light Aircraft Carrier (15,000 to 18,000 Tons)

Sorry but I couldn't take it longer, the above is far from seriousness and by 2011 it says.

By 2011 I'll be happy to have our Meko200 and Perry frigates modernized = 8+8
Maybe the first Milgem will enter use = +1

Total 16 frigates + 1 corvette is the realistic approach here. The 6 D'orves type corvettes I do not count as corvette as these are outdated and only used as harbor patrol ships (to be replaced by 16 patrol boats which are currently constructed)

I haven't been following all of Turkish naval developments, but at least in 2 years they can't possibly make a jump from 14 to 20 subs!

this is a good sign for us.at least one muslim nation is modernized in navy pakistan navy is not as powerful as are the others.
this will be good for pakistan in the future bcz turkey and pakistan both are good freinds and thay support each other on every matter.and i hope if thay get strong than thay will supply the tecnology to pakistan as well.

Brothers, Turkey have a vision for 2020. This vision is related with developing indigenous systems until 2020. We will develop not only naval ships but also many defence systems from space to air defence - land systems, radars... .. Now a days, The great interest of Turkish industry have majored in Naval systems but You will hear the new development news out of Naval systems step by step in future.

At present, The national contribution share of indigenous Turkish industry is about %50 in our army

Naval systems according to years...

2008- the year of lauching first Stealth Milgem ASuW


2016-2017 will be the year of lauching first TF-2000 AAW frigate
2015-2016 will be the year of starting TF-100 multi-purpose frigate.. First Lauching date will be 29 October 2024.

Above projects are huge indigenous naval ship projects that is being proceeded according to Turkish agenda...
