EDIT: While seanching for answers i have learned the difference between MANPADS and MANPATS.

Army air defense presented antiaircraft artillery and self-propelled MANPADS MANPADS. Small-caliber guns antiaircraft artillery there are more than 2800 units. Man-portable air defense systems (Stinger, Igla, Red Eye), more than 1.9 million units. Between indigenous and licence production.
Country like Turkey must have these type of weapon indigenously domastic production.

Türkiye has capability to fight 2 1/2 front war 6 weeks / 24 hours only with the ready weapon stocks.

The reason for FETÖ infiltration was to eliminate the necessary specialized manpower for that kind of massive war scenario.

And never forget. Turkey has huge number of Police Special Forces which are heavy armed and PARAMILITARY !

Bro, The concept is very similar to Aselsan/Thales LMM but The missiles seems quite big on a foursquare launcher that is the first time I have seen. It is possible that Design is for Temren Blk-1.
