The project coded as "Goktuğ" aims to develop two strategic air to air missile system but It is being proceeded under a secret project model bro. You can not even find the name in SSM official page under the project list so It is almost impossible to find detail info about them until SSM (Under-Secretariat of Turkish Defence Industry) gave green light to share any but I will update you with official implies about this project bro.
