One by one comparison, I don't think Russian systems can compete with Western solutions but Russia has the quantity advantages and they rely on their massive army instead of superioity of their technology.

And since last one decade under Putin they have also become masters of spreading propaganda through fake accounts over social media websites. They have been putting the far-left and far-right groups in western countries against one another through the online propaganda wars, Russians under Putin play on both sides of the political spectrum in western countries. In online propaganda warfare they have definitely beaten the hell out of the western powers. At this moment Russia under Putin is the biggest destabilizing force in the world. Russia was a close country under Boris Yeltsin and that was a good thing for the world at that time.
