So:
- attention in the Dutch press at all levels
- questions asked in the Dutch parliament (i.e. official investigation will get scrutinized)
- cause of death: under official investigation
- thusfar no indications of police wrong doing.

is it relevant to the issue?does it justify a murder(if it happened) by the police?

It is relevant in as far as balanced reporting/discussing is concerned, yes.
Does it justify anything, no.

No its not relevant. We are discussing the man died in Dutch police station.

But it may be relevant in as far as "urine race" is concerned.

gecmis olsun; they should be boycotted completely. What do they have there anyways apart from a few coffee shops and bicycles?

well, they happen to have a bigger economy than us! :what: how can that small country with 7 times less people have a bigger economy?

You still fail to explain how he got the drug in prison. I am pretty sure the prisons have security cameras, so I am more curious to know if those show anything. In regards to the young turk who died at the police station the same applies, they must have security cameras, unless they destroyed the evidence, it'll be there to watch.

He didn't get the dope in prison.

But that would not be a problem if he did:
It's common knowledge that drug use in prisons is rife

By the ministry's own admission, drugs are regularly smuggled into prison despite being strictly forbidden. Current measures include x-ray baggage controls and searches by hand. Normally detainees cannot be frisked without reason, but strip searches do take place on renowned offenders.

I'm amazed by the fact. Whenever a person die in Police custody, they say it was due to Heart attack, i thought this happen only in Pak-Indo or South Asian Police. Now i Realize it's a universal fact.

Actually our cops are "firistas"/angels compared to theirs. Culturally we believe in "raham"/kindness/compassion which is absent in the WCC. But their media has been inflating our shortcomings, and at the same time, covering up their own misdeeds.

bla bla bla

Aside from being based on supposition rather than proof, what does this entire thread have to do with Turkey and Defence?

Get your facts right, Netherlands do not have bigger economy than Turkey, and it is not 7 times smaller than Turkey population wise. 70/17= 4. Which means Turkey has 4 times the population of Netherlands. And economically if we take PPP Turkey's eceonomy is two times bigger.

Using a PPP basis is arguably more useful when comparing generalized differences in living standards on the whole between nations because PPP takes into account the relative cost of living and the inflation rates of the countries, rather than using just exchange rates which may distort the real differences in income.

The figures presented here do not take into account differences in the cost of living in different countries, and the results can vary greatly from one year to another based on fluctuations in the exchange rates of the country's currency. Such fluctuations may change a country's ranking from one year to the next, even though they often make little or no difference to the standard of living of its population. Therefore these figures should be used with caution.

Arrestant died of heart failure

(AP) - The 22-year-old arrested earlier this month from Heemskerk who died after he became unwell in a police cell in Beverwijk, succumbed to heart failure. A study of the Recherche shows no mistreatment of the man. Reported that the Public Prosecution Service in Haarlem. Previously claimed that the family of the man police had tortured him.

The man, of Turkish origin, was the night of Saturday, July 2 arrested in Beverley after he went over the edge into a snack bar. The man had used cocaine and agents had him three stumps are sold before they were handcuffed.

On the way to the police, the violent Heemskerker again. He was in the police van on his stomach on the floor put him in restraints. The prosecution believes that the violence that police officers have used the man was needed to keep him safe and transfer them to the office.

At the police station he was put into a observatiecel. A carer has arrested the man a camera constantly being watched. Two times a doctor visited him. Then suddenly the man was not breathing, he was immediately resuscitated. Succeeded his heart going again, but died a short time later the man still in hospital.

The death of the man caused quite a stir. The family of 22-year-old Heemskerker claimed that officers had tortured him. Turkish media spoke shame of the matter. The prosecution has argued Thursday the first results to the death of the man already out to have been created because of the unrest.

Earlier it was reported that among other things, on the chest of the man would be a shoe print. The wounds of the man on his chest out in the Dutch Forensic Institute (NFI), probably due to the resuscitation attempt. The broken ribs are therefore of the man explained.

The man would also have had a broken nose, but this is not according to the NFI. The man also had a wound on his head. That would be because the man during his arrest and in his cell on the ground is sanded.

The man finally died, according to the OM is possible because the husband had a heart defect. Moreover, his heart heavy. This can cause fatal cardiac arrhythmias. The man under the influence of cocaine is another possible cause of heart failure.

The man was also known to the police. A year earlier he had also been arrested under the influence of cocaine when he was aggressive. Agents took him home after his parents had called the police.
