New Images from MAV

At the 9th Naval Systems Seminars panel sessions held at METU KKM, FNSS Business Development Manager Haldun Olgun gave a speech titled “Marine Assault Vehicle”. In order to meet the needs of the Navy Command's amphibious armoured vehicle, Olgun shared the new test images of the Marine Assault Vehicles (MAV) Project, which was carried out by the Presidency of Defence Industries.

MAV, which has three variants including personnel carrier, command vehicle and rescue vehicle. The MAV owes its fire power to its 12.7 mm MG & 40 mm AGL remote controlled turret.

In my opinion we should get Otokar Tulpars as support vehicles for the Altay and for wide, open, flat areas. We should also acquire some Kaplan 20s but for use in urban combat.

I definitely think a variant like the ADATS but for sole anti-tank use, and for taking out urban units. 8 UMTAS would work very well on it.

105mm variant? MMWT could work as well.

Guys why don't anybody care about İFVs with crewless rapid fire turrets against terrorism and urban warfare. İt's time to think about that while new unmanned attack drones are popular.
Former AA platforms are ideal for new concept. 90mm mecar low pressure ammunition with crewless auto gun on the 6x6 FSV would be so cute and tactical.

İt is another example from auto 75mm aircraft gun. Could you imagine this machine onto land vehicle?
