Why is 30mm two man turret preferred over 30mm remote turret?

There are two Teber-30 Turrets. One is two man Turret the other is 30/35 Remote Controlled one. The decision will lie with the Army if they go for the CFV version.

I have edited my main post. Now both are mentioned.

Just wondering what advantages a two man turret has over a remote controlled turret.

Looks like they made slight design changes to the front grill compare to the one we saw at IDEF 2017.
At IDEF it wasn't the KIRPI II version.
If I recall well...Kirpi II was only available in 3D renders.
Revealed around the Beginning of August 2017. (Months after IDEF)

The pros of manned turrets might be price and awareness. Manned turret allows to see not just in case of lost electricty in emergency situations.throught the turret windows you can feel more confident, looking through the glass. And Less expensive remote controlling parts.

Otokar ARMA offers HITFITS manned turret.
