if they want to change, the gov will mostly choose Tuplar over Kaplan...

The M113's will be replaced in the next few years but we don't know the new ones yet

There's no sign of replacing them yet, perhaps once Altay MBT starts rolling off production line we may see tender open up.
IMO, best match up would be combination of Kaplan and Tulpar. Kaplan-20 directly replacing M113 and Tulpar-30 replacing ACV-15.

Sure bro. MKEK has no 130 mm gun factory, up to now .
We lack suited machinery.
That's unfortunate most German machines for drilling and molding;

needs special material for craftmanship.

Dude, your pulling stuff from your behind again.. If MKEK can pump out 155mm 52cal rifled barrels, for sure it can produce 130mm smooth bore cannon.
